Stealing from the famous Facebook note, here are 25 random things about Connor:
1. I sleep through the night from approx. 7:30-7:30 in my crib (yep, crib still). Although no one other than mom or dad can get me to go to sleep in my own bed.

3. It's okay- my parents and grandparents are more than happy to join with me in nap time most days.

Random Fall Pictures
It's been almost two months since I've updated the blog!! Wow- lots of catching up to do. I hate excuses but I seem to be full of them so let me just list a few of the reasons why it's been so long:
1. I lost the cord that goes from my camera to the computer (but got an awesome new memory stick reader from Best Buy yesterday).
2. My iphone died on me the beginning of September. I hadn't synched it since July!
3. School started.
4. I started taking classes towards my Specialist Degree.
5. Everyone else in the family but me has been fighting off a nasty cold!
6. Did I mention that school started and along with it sports supervision?!
Connor has been telling us for the past month that "Halloween is coming" so we gave in and got him some Halloween pjs- these glow in the dark - which is awesome!

Doing a super silly scarf dance while playing on the bed-- I have video but it's way too embarassing to share!!

Hanging out by the fire-
Swiffering Nana and Pop's driveway?
Riding on Nana's gardening stool- he calls it his skateboard-
Eating some sushi! Yum- Connor can eat an entire California roll all on his own and part of our sushi orders too!

Our Little Gymnast
Connor has started gymnastic lessons--that's right tumbling!!! I got away with it after I explained to Colin about how when I was little lots of boys in Jeff City took gymnastics to help them get strong and flexible to be better football players- it worked! Connor went to his first lesson last week-
Connor's friends Mason and Cameron following directions and waiting their turn-
Connor taking his turn-
Connor kind of following directions (it was brief)-
He was compeletely distracted the whole lesson- there was just a lot of fun going on everywhere! Once he saw a class with the parachute he was obsessed- couldn't wait until finally his class got to do the parachute--
Yea! What a blast!!
Connor refusing to come out from under the parachute- the focus for our next lesson- listening!! He had a great time and as we left he told me, "Gymnastics is fun!"
Later that week when he was playing outside with Dad, Connor was rolling around on the ground all over the place. He told Colin he was "gymming"- get it- doing gymnastics!!

Football time!
Yea! It's football time!! This year started out a bit different than most. Connor missed the first home high school game because it rained the entire time! That's right- 6 hours out in the rain- two lightening delays- made for a long night of supervision. Connor went to the next home game with Colin but I was gone to Columbia for class so no pictures of WHS football yet this year.
MU football-
We went to the MU v. IL game and had a blast! Connor and Pops were even on the video board at the dome! Connor slept through about 3/4 of the game but woke up just in time to see MU clench the win!
Due to my iphone dying on me I did get a replacement the day of the game. Even took some pretty good pics! Too bad when I went to synch the new phone I managed to delete them all except for one where I have an awful double chin!!
So, on to Columbia.....first home game....
Tailgate time!!!

Game time!!! Connor loved the stealth fly-over and the pregame show-

A great picture of two very happy Tiger fans!

Outdoor Fun
Connor loves to make a fire in the fire pit with daddy! Especially when it means fixing hot dogs and roasting marshmallows! He has a book where Dora goes camping and roasts marshmallows- and since July Connor has become very interested in all things Dora and Diego.
Mmmmmm.....smores! Connor says, "I eat it like a sandwich!"

One late summer afternoon the boys were outside by the fire when I went to check on them and found---
Connor discovering mud!
Tasting mud-

Playing with the mud between his toes-
Ah yes- a boy and some mud!! Bath time!!!
